A total of 45 sessions, with some weekends and days off.

• Certification given by Aananda, Inc.
• Registration with Yoga Alliance
  • 200 hour Yoga Alliance approved curriculum

The Sutras, Sanskrit, Anatomy, Chakras, PreNatal, Nutrition, various styles of yoga, interactive posture clinics, meditation......to name just a few!

• $2,000.00  ($200.00 to reserve your space, payable in advance, will be deducted from tuition);
