The Mandala Yoga Studio offers 3 levels of yoga to compliment your level of practice to develop focus, release tensions, and provide self mastery. Multiple levels of classes allow students to greatly deepen their practice by placing careful attention on education of alignment, strength and flexibility development, meditation techniques, and yogic philosophy. Convenient classes are held at our studio or we can tailor a class to your specific need and come to your school, place of business or home for private instruction.
